  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed by 3:00 PM EDT are processed the same business day. Orders received after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Processing Timeline: Orders are prepared within 0-2 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery: Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Complimentary Shipping: All United States orders are eligible for free delivery, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. Once the order is processed, a tracking link will be sent so you can follow your package’s progress. Processing takes 0-2 business days (Monday through Friday)., though it may vary during peak periods. Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday).

Delivery Partners
We ship with well known carriers, selected based on your address and local service availability. Your delivery may be handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, Roadie, Lugg, or Hilldrup. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on the courier and your location.

Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days before using your tracking information to confirm its status. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us at support@irgoba.com and include your order number. Our team will review the situation and help you find a solution.

Order cancellations
If you would like to request an order cancellation, please email us at support@irgoba.com as soon as possible. If the order has already moved into processing, we may not be able to stop it, but you can request a return once it is delivered.

Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or you receive a different item than ordered, please email support@irgoba.com and include your order number plus clear photos. We will check the information and let you know the next steps, which may include sending the correct item or a replacement.
